Rafael Correa, president of Ecuador, said that the draft Inheritance and Capital Gains Laws will return to the National Assembly.

The president made the announcement during the solemn session by the 481 years of the foundation of Quito, a ceremony in which he recalled the work undertaken by his government in the Ecuadorian capital.

In the event, Correa highlighted the adoption of constitutional amendments and insisted that he will not run for elections in 2017.
