The president of the National Electoral Council (CNE for its acronym in spanish), Diana Atamaint, spoke about the ruling of the Electoral Contentious Court (TCE for its acronym in spanish) in favor of digital media. “For us it is of immediate execution since it is a decision on the part of the highest authority that are the judges of the TCE”.

“Through the plenary we will have to have access and provide all the necessary mechanisms so that the digital media, once they meet the requirements, as stipulated in the ruling, may candidates access them for the guidelines of their electoral promotion “.
