Lawyer of Vice President Jorge Glas, Eduardo Franco Loor, rejected the request of Attorney General Carlos Baca to issue preventive detention against Glas, stating that there are no elements of conviction for the request and stressed that Baca’s decision is “merely political.”
Through his Twitter account, Vice President Jorge Glas reacted to the request of the Attorney General’s Office.
