Prosecutor Allows Expert's Report on Hard Disk Drive Used By Judge Paredes
Maj. Mario Corrales, head of Forensic personally delivered to Ferruzola, the hard drive and both the chain of custody followed by the device since it was seized by the prosecution until he came to the facility.
Prosecutor Antonio Gagliardo said that said that the expert will have 20 days to perform the work assigned on the basis of information requests made by the parties. Not rule out extending the deadline if requested by the technician.
The prosecutor explained that Ferruzola is free to apply the method he considers the most appropriate (may be the original or a hard disk copy of the court).

The arbitration shall be made after the investigation against Judge Juan Paredes, accused of prevarication and misrepresentation allegedly simulate the drafting of the ruling against the El Universo Newspaper.
