Prosecutor orders retention of four soldiers for the murder of Froilán Jiménez

The morning of today the prosecutor of Pichincha, Fabián Salazar, ordered the retention for eight hours of four soldiers. This is part of the investigation process due to the death of Froilán Jiménez.
