Provincial Court of Guayas integrated New Judges

Today took place the position ceremony of 66 new judges appointed by the Transitional Judicial Council (CJT for its Spanish acronym), in the auditorium of the Provincial Court of Guayas.
These will be distributed in the provinces of Galapagos, Manabi, Guayas, Los Ríos and Santa Elena. In Guayaquil, 34 will be located, among these is the Judge Juan Paredes Fernandez, who will own the Second Criminal Division of Traffic.
According Fernando Yavar, CJT spokesman, this appointment was not made due to “special deals” or political favors, stating that all these new elected officials were elected through a competitive basis. (MZ)
