Puerto Limpio has Another Fine
Posted On 14 Oct 2010
Jaime Nebot, Mayor of Guayaquil, announced this morning that the new dealership of garbage recollection in Puerto Limpio has a fine of $15.000 besides the fine of $60.000 for not going to work yesterday.
Today’s fine is because the personnel didn’t go to clean the streets at six in the morning and not at noon. Until that time garbage could still be seen on the streets.
Manager of Operations of Puerto Limpio, Juan Carlos Garcia said that in the morning 41 units went out to collect the garbage, and also were six dump trucks and two sweepers. “What is needed to cover the city of Guayaquil during the day shift.” added Garcia.
