Radios must be linked to a nationwide address at 11:00 Monday by order of Secom

The National Communications Secretariat decided that the country radio stations broadcast an address scheduled for Monday, June 15 at 11:00.
Michelle Villaroel, undersecretary of Promotion of Communication, says that article 18 number 1 of the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador; 74 Number One of the Organic Communications Law.” Under the theme ‘report on events of general interest of citizens,” the communiqué specifies “to link (sic) to Radio Publica,” and in terms of duration time it suggests “until the end of the speech,” although it does not specify who.
President Rafael Correa will give a speech during the change of guard.
