Rafael Correa criticizes the Alianza PAIS party

Posted On 13 Jun 2017

Ecuadornews:

Former President Rafael Correa questioned the party he founded (Alianza PAIS) for its stance against the Odebrecht corruption case and ‘disloyalty.’
Correa expressed his “concern” last Saturday when news broke of an alleged arrest warrant against the former Minister of Housing and Secretary of Water during his administration Walter Solis.
The criticism Correa made to AP adds to the objections he made before to certain decisions of Moreno. For example, he objected the creation of the Anti-Corruption Front.
A few days ago, Legislator Viviana Bonilla (AP) ruled out a split between those who are related to Moreno and Correa (I).
