Rafael Correa celebrates his victoryAfter the considerable margin that the presidential candidate Guillermo Lassoobtained, the Ecuadorian President, RafaelCorrea, praised the new movement CREO, but he mostly talked about the presidential candidate, whom he described as intelligent, articulate and decent. Previously Correa qualified Lasso as the candidate of the bank.
