Rafael Correa warned to close the Montufar school, after protests

“If we have to close the (Juan Pio) Montufar school, we will close it,” President Rafael Correa said yesterday, to take stock of the student protests by the relocation of some teachers.
Correa called the students “uncivilized” and rejected the “savagery,” he also said that in the institution still exists the infiltration of the Popular Democratic Movement (MPD) and therefore its academic standards have fallen.
