Representatives of 12 countries gather in Baños for the Latin American Ranger Meeting

Baños de Agua Santa, in the province of Tungurahua,is the headquarters of the Latin American Ranger Meeting, which brings togetherdelegates from Mexico, Costa Rica, Colombia, Venezuela, Peru, Chile, Argentina,Uruguay, Paraguay, Brazil, Cuba and Ecuador.
with the objective of discussing the challenges,risks and strategies of park rangers in the region. The event began on Monday,November 5 and will last until November 10. The appointment is organized by theAssociation of Rangers of Ecuador.
It will have spaces such as lectures and talkson job stability and social problems in its functions; training and academictraining, among others. In addition, there will be a visit to the CotopaxiNational Park, one of the most visited protected areas of continental Ecuador.
