Suma Movement is out of the 2013 Ecuadorian Elections

The Suma movement, leaded by Mauricio Rodas, did not make it to the 2013 Ecuadorian Elections.

The National Electoral Council (CNE for its Spanish acronym) informed that SUMA did not get the required number of signatures for the registration.

Suma was 1,000 signatures short. (MZ)
