Posted On 19 Mar 2014
The Superintendent of Communication , Carlos Ochoa, at the hearing convened by the Constitutional Court (CC), questioned to the plaintiffs of the communication law and recalled facts which, according to him, violated the freedom of expression without a reaction from the unions and institutions.
The judge ,María de el Carmen Maldonado, drew attention to Ochoa on several occasions, asking him that his criteria must be exclusively judicial.
The official ignored these orders. And finished saying: “ladies and gentlemen, its up to you: to go back in the time of the urinary or democratize the word in this country”.
