A delegation of Syrian rebels made a deal with Pristina authorities in order to send militants to Kosovo and learn terror tactics to oust president Bashar al-Assad’s regime.
On April 26, a delegation of Syrian opposition members went to Pristina before going to the United States to have talks on how to make use of the teachings of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) in Syria.
Terror tactics used by militants allow them to terminate military and government officials, but they have no effect against a regular army. Syrian opposition promised to recognize Kosovo once they seize power in the country. (AV)
