Tapia’s 30-S Hearing Was Declared Reserved by Judge

This morning, judge Renato Vasquez declared reserved the adjudication hearing against police colonel, Rolando Tapia, and five other former members of the legislative guard accused of alleged assault on public safety.
The decision came after PAIS militants entered the auditorium of the Country Courthouse to claim the sanction against the policemen.
Marco Tibán (brother of Assemblyman Lourdes Tibán, form Pachakutik party), Francisco Noboa, Patricio Simancas, Mario Flores, and Carlos Tasinchana are the other officers involved. Along with Tapia they are accused of preventing the entry of Alianza Pais assemblymen to their offices on 30-S.
