Colombian designer, and heiress, Tatiana Santo Domingo and her fiancé, member of  Monaco’s royalty, Andrea Casiraghi announced to be expecting their first child.

Casiraghi and Santo Domingo have been together for seven years, and three and half months ago announced their engagement  and wedding for 2013.

During the ‘2012 Telva de Moda Awards’, in Spain, the Colombian designer confirmed to be six months pregnant.

Tatiana is the granddaughter of the late businessman Julio Mario Santo Domingo Pumarejo, who was a Colombian magnate, listed as one of the richest men in the world by Forbes magazine in 2011.

Meanwhile, Andrea is the second in line of succession to the Principality of Monaco, following his mother; if Prince Albert II dies without a legitimate descendant succession, his mother, Princess Caroline of Monaco, would become Her Serene Highness Princess Sovereign of Monaco, and if so, Andrea would adopt the surname Grimaldi as heir to the throne of Monaco.
