The Assembly will receive the 2015 prior estimate budget on October 31

The President of the Commission of Economic Regime, Oswaldo Larriva, announced that this Friday October 31 is expected that the Ministry of Finances present the prior estimate budget for 2015 in accordance with Article 295 of the Constitution.
The document shall show the annual and four-year budget program, the same that shall include the management of revenue and expenditure of the State.
The National Assembly will have 30 days to approve or observe the proposal. The prior estimate for this 2014 was $ 34,300 million, with a barrel of crude at $ 86.4. In 2012 it was $ 32,366.83 million dollars.
