The NBA could be back on Christmas

Posted On 30 Nov 2011

It is likely that the desire to Christmas that many basketball fans have been asking for is met. Last Saturday club ownersand players in the NBA reached a tentative agreement so the lockout they maintained for 149 days has come to an end.

Thanks to this agreement will save the basketball industry, which leaves 4 billion dollars annually in revenue and employs thousands of people in the U.S. and Canada.

Is expected to start the season on Christmas Day, December 25 in a season of 66 games per team (there are 30 clubs), instead of the 82 competing normally.

Not yet released details of the agreement.
