The new parameters of quality for the cell phone companies will work since july

Updated indices are: minimum level of signal coverage percentages of established calls, settling time of call, percentage of short messages successfully, time short messages, conversation quality, average percentage of dropped calls, average time to resolution of claims, average time of response by human operator, General claims, percentages of turnover and debit and perception of users survey claims.
All these parameters include new specifications, measuring methods and values, which will seek to improve the quality of the provision of advanced mobile service (SMA) from the third quarter of the year.
