Stephania Baldeón Montesdeoca appears on this list as the second consul secretary at the Consulate of Ecuador in Los Angeles, United States. In late 2016 and early this year, she, along with Pamela Aguirre, formed the ‘Rafael Contigo Siempre’ collective, which collected signatures for the reelection of former president Rafael Correa in 2017.
