Posted On 20 Mar 2013
Leticia Morales, the expert responsible for determining the total debt that the Argentinean businessman Gaston Duzac must pay of the credit extended by the Bank COFIEC (a private entity that was appropriated by the Management Unit Public Law), was scheduled to deliver its report today 24th Civil Court.
Morales, thus, makes known its report on the last day of the deadline set by the judge, Fabricio Segovia, after the Bank COFIEC made the request for the court.
After the start of the trial for lack of payment, Duzac only paid $ 90,000, so it would follow that he owes $ 710,000 in capital and interests of the loan and delay, as well as court costs.
