The sale of 66 lots of the ISSFA took 6 months
The Samanes Park is located in northern Guayaquil, this is a vast complex of 851 hectares of green areas, sports fields and squares. Today, 66 pieces of land of this recreational space generate conflict between the Government and the Institute of Social Security of the Armed Forces (ISSFA).
Five years ago, the situation was different. The Ministry of Environment -in charge of the Samanes project- agreed with the price paid to the ISSFA by these parcels of land. This is detailed in the report the State Attorney rekeased this week.
The sale of the parcels of land took six months. Negotiations began in June 2010 with the promissory purchase of the Environment Ministry.
