The new body of law, which will be reviewed next month by the National Assembly, maintains that neither age, nor sex, or place of birth is impediments for individuals seeking work of any activity.
According to the new code it will prohibit that businesses requiring staff make use of any type of discrimination in the ad.
Francisco Vacas, Minister for Employment Relations, explained that the scope of legal reform is that the ads to offer jobs should not put age limits, he also said that the curriculum should not ask for a photo, it should not demand HIV or pregnancy tests.
If these principles are not met, the establishments will be fined.
