Three ‘liligres’ are born in a Russian Zoo

A unique species called ‘liger’ lives in the Russian Zoo in the city of Novosibirsk, a female mixture of lion and tiger, who a month ago gave birth to three female puppies.

The the new cat Puppies are known as ‘liligres’, and they are the offspring of an African lion named ‘Sam’ and a mother ‘liger’ called ‘Zita’, a hybrid species that was born at the Zoo in 2004.

The ‘liligres’ were born in May and are now large enough to start exploring their surroundings, an activity in which they show an adorable and awkward energy.
