Three officials of the Justice Ministry were arrested

Minister of Justice Ledy Zuniga and Army Chief Miguel Pazmino, director of the Penitentiary Intelligence Unit, gave the news. Three officials of the ministry were demanding money to prison guards to clear disciplinary and administrative proceedings against them from their records.
