A new message from Álvaro Noboa has been shared in the last hourson social networks. In the recording, the politician invites healthy eating andexercise.
A video in which Álvaro Noboa is seen on a treadmill has been shared on social networks. During the recording of approximately 48 seconds the politician greets and invites his followers to improve their lifestyle.
“Good morning, I hope you have started your morning with agood breakfast, also reading a verse of the Bible, now eat healthy andexercise,” says Noboa.
He also concludes by stating: “From then on, at least work 8hours, love your loved ones, your family and your neighbor, Glory to God andhave a nice day.”
This video is added to a series of recordings in which it is seen, on the beach with strong winds or speaking French for example.
ÁLVARO NOBOA AND THE HURRICANE IRMA
On September 9, 2017, Noboa, against any recommendation, was on the shores of Miami-Florida during the passage of the devastating Hurricane Irma.
In the clip of two minutes, Noboa appears wearing a black shorts, looking straight at the camera while the wind whips hard. Next the businessman raises his arm. Later he submerges in the sea.
After the publication, Noboa said that the clip in which ‘faces’ Hurricane Irma has exceeded 71 million 687 thousand reproductions. What, according to him, would place it among one of the most viewed in history.
The businessman, who explained that the video has been seen in America, Europe, Africa, Asia and Oceania. He also sent a warning message regarding natural catastrophes. He invited his followers to help those affected by this type of phenomenon.
