WikiLeaks: Spain Considers Chávez a “Clown”

According to the latest documents revealed by WikiLeaks, the Spanish Chancellor, Trinidad Jimenez stated that the Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez is a “clown”, whose predecessor, Miguel Moratinos regarded the Bolivian leader, Evo Morales as “ignorant.”

Jimenez statement was made on November of 2007, according to the diplomatic information exposed by WikiLeaks after the famous incident of “why don’t you shut up” with the King of Spain during the Ibero-American Summit of 2007.

Meanwhile the Spanish diary of Madrid El Pais informed that Moratinos described Morales as “ignorant and inexperienced”, although he recognized “his honesty and conscience.”
