World cup sub 20: Ecuador ties against Australia

Ecuador and Australia end match 1-1

The sub 20 world cup started for the Ecuadorian team. During the first round of the soccer match between Ecuador and Australia, the young Ecuadorian Juan Govea added the first goal in the minute 24.

In the beginning of the second match, the Ecuadorian players made several threatening advances to the goal area of the Australian team. However the Australians held their ground until the last two minutes of the game when the Aussie Thomas Oar scored a goal that ended the match in a tie in the minute 89.

The teams of the group C of the World Cup sub 20, Ecuador and Australia ended the game with a final score of 1-1. (AV)
