A third process in the courts of Administrative Litigation is added to the legal dispute over $ 23.7 million claimed by the state for damage in the implementation of a computer system for the Judicial Council, that was detected by the State Comptroller General.
This is the latest case in the fight to recover millionaire sums set as penalties, stemming from audits of public institutions.
A report delivered by the control agency to daily Expreso gives an account of penalties for $ 102 ‘784 847, arising from special examinations conducted to nine institutions (graphics show the top six, with $ 88’720.921,68).
