2011 Panamerican Games: Ecuador continues to gain medals

Ecuador won a new gold medal in the 2011 Panamerican Games when ecuadorian Jorge Bolañoswon the 10,000 m. elimination test and Ezequiel point exceed chaplains (silver) and the Chilean Jorge Reyes (bronze).

On the other hand, Diego Javier Ferrin won the silver medal in high jump with 2.30 meters. Donald Thomas of the Bahamas beat Ecuadorian to jump 2.32 m.

“It was one of the best skills of my life. I was a little desperate at first, but eventually things came to happen without problem, “Ferrin said.
