260 million debt worries the ISSFA

The state owes USD 260 million to the military insurance (ISSFA) for monthly contributions.
But last week, that amount was reduced, since the government ordered the deduction of $ 41 million for the excess payment made by the Ministry of Environment to the ISSFA after buying 66 parcels of land in the Samanes park, in Guayaquil.
That bothered retired military who will meet tomorrow, February 11, 2016, in Quito to analyze such events. The state debt has accumulated since 2014.
In an letter, dated October 1 last year, ISSFA authorities indicated that the agency “is no longer capable of meeting obligations such as the payment of pensions and other benefits of October (2015).”
