4 Arrested for Lighting up forest fires in Quito

The first detainee, Wilson Cevallos, is responsible for the fire in the Atacazo Park, south of Quito, while the other three are suspects of lighting up the fire in the Pomasqui sector, north of the capital.

The suspects are currently under custody, which was handed down by the Twenty-Fourth Judge of Criminal Guarantees, Elina Carvajal, at a flagrante delicto hearing. (MZ)
