94 projects will be shown to investors

About 600 people, including businessmen and representatives of investment banks and international investors confirmed their attendance to the Forum of Strategic Investments Ecuador 2015, to be held today in Quito.

In the event, the government will present to attendees about 94 projects related to mining, oil, electricity, telecommunications, water resources and basic industries, for a total of $ 37,000 million.

During a meeting with representatives of the Foreign Press Association in Ecuador, Rafael Poveda Bonilla, Coordinating Minister on Strategic Sectors, stressed that, for example, large and medium scale mining projects show concrete progress and an income of more than $ 400 million in mineral exports in 5 years is expected.
