Book ‘A concealed tragedy’ is banned by judge of Childhood

A concealed tragedy
Hilda Garces Davila, Judge of the Court of Children and Family, issued an order that prohibited the dissemination of the literary work ‘A concealed tragedy,’ which was launched last Wednesday night in the auditorium of the Latin American Faculty of Social Sciences (FLACSO).
The resolution was taken due to the image of a girl who appears in the book, written by Miguel Cabodevilla and Milagros Aguirre, acting under the Article 33 of the Constitutional Act.
However, the resolution of Garces was issued last Wednesday, September 24, at 17:43, half an hour before the presentation of the work conducted by Teodoro Bustamante, Milagros Aguirre and Fernando Carrion.
It was Carrion who read the judicial notice to the audience. Cabodevilla said he was surprised when the prosecution called him, two days before the presentation of his book. The purpose of this call was to deliver his research, photos and videos as part of the investigation for the alleged crime of genocide and ethnocide of peoples in voluntary isolation carried out since March of this year.
