Terrabienes customers ask their money back and the devolution of promissory notes

This February 25 the affected customers by the non-compliance of Terrabienes in the delivery their houses requested the representatives of thatcompany to give them their money back and deliver them or cancel the promissory notes signed by 70% of the value of their homes.
The company, of the Ortega Trujillo group, is intervened by the Superintendency of Companies, Securities and Insurance for alleged lack of solvency.
The request was made at a meeting at the Ombudsman´s office, that was attended by the clients, lawyers of Castelblanco and Associates law firm,who represented the real estate company, Victor Anchundia (from the Superintendency), and María José Fernández (zonal coordinator of the Ombudsman´s office).
