Ecuador shows its plan for the delivery of resources to local governments

The new model for the distribution of resources for local governments in Ecuador was put on the agenda of the International Congress of Municipalities, which brings together representatives of dozens of local governments in Latin America.
The meeting addressed issues inherent to decentralization processes, progress, challenges faced and the way to overcome them (I).
