A defendant of the Fybeca case died, According to Attorney General Galo Chiriboga

Sergio Gaibor, one of the policemen accused after the operation conducted on November 19, 2013 at the Fybeca pharmacy, has died in northern Guayaquil. This was reported by Attorney General Galo Chiriboga.
The Attorney General made this announcement during the hearing of nullity and appeal to the sentence, brought by 6 of the 13 sentenced.
“Sergio Gaibor a former policeman who was a fugitive in the Gonzalez and Others case, died Saturday in Guayaquil by gunshot wounds,” Chiriboga wrote on his Twitter account.
Gaibor was found with gunshot wounds in his body and another identity card, it could only be established that this was the fugitive police officer of the Fybeca case at the moment when the corpse underwent fingerprints tests.
