A new real estate project will be built on the road to Samborondón
Campana Organization and its company in charge of managing horizontal projects, Ecuavivienda, launched their new real estate proposal, Millenium Village, on March 18. The design was in charge of the architects Fabiana Alvear and Manuel Colón, who carried out an integrating project with nature, which will give priority to large green spaces. In addition, ten-meter high trees are being planted to serve as a natural barrier, becoming the differentiator of the plan.
“This project was conceived with a lot of work and dedication, believing in our country to have new economic growth,” said Carlos Zambrano, general manager of Ecuavivienda.
The houses will have modern and elegant finishes, three bedrooms, closets and independent bathrooms in each room; They provide spacious environments with natural lighting.
Their prices start at $ 150,000 and will have different financing plans, which will be made more flexible, and will even have direct credit and personalized payment plans.
Preliminary works (filling, compaction and enclosure) have already begun and construction of the homes is projected to begin within nine months, with the goal of reaching a total of $ 17 million in sales.
