About 100 workers would not meet the profile in the National Development Bank
Posted On 30 May 2014
About reports that workers would leave the National Development Bank (BNF for its Spanish acronym), Minister for Employment Relations Carlos Marx Carrasco said: “It seems that the number of officials that would be not meeting the requirements of the (professional) profile is more than 100.”
The Minister also said: “I do not know exactly how many, but they are not 700 or 800 I’ve read about, according to the press (…)”.
He mentioned that certain confusions of previous administrations have been given in the BNF, non-compatible applications with the law.
Carrasco said he asked the bank to continue with the competition processes of merit and opposition that he convened months ago and that had been paralyzed.
