Posted On 31 May 2014
Last Thursday, the national leadership of the ruling movement Alianza PAIS (AP) adopted a Code of Ethics, as its executive secretary, Doris Soliz, said it is not focused on sanctions but on principles, values and ethics.
AP had “an ethical norm, today we have given a more complete form of code and have adopted it because the essential manner is to have political ethics,” said Soliz.
In the AP web site there is a new section called ‘Code of Ethics’, which comprise nine points, including the obligation to abide by the decisions of the leadership, to make contributions to the partnership and the ban on using office for personal gain.
