About 4 tons of cocaine seized by the Police in Guayaquil
More than 37 million doses of drugs were withdrawn from the market after an operation carried out by personnel from the investigative axis of the National Police. The operation was carried out in the Metropolitan District of Guayaquil, which also allowed the arrest of three citizens who apparently were part of a drug-criminal organization.

The doses corresponded to about 4 tons of cocaine hydrochloride that were distributed in 70 packages and 3,736 packages. They were stored at an address located in the Guayacanes sector to later be sent to other destinations abroad.
