Adam Lambert is Queen’s new Lead Vocal

Brian May and Roger Taylor, members of the iconic British band Queen, confirmed that the singer Adam Lambert will be the next vocalist for the second day of Sonisphere Rock Festival to be held on 7 July at Knebworth Park in London.

Lambert, 30, who was a finalist in the musical reality show American Idol, had already sang with Queen in 2009. On that occasion he played the classic ‘We Are The Champions‘ theme that launched him to stardom, and later sang a musical mix of subjects of the British band during the ceremony MTV Europe Awards.
