Ahmadinejad Accused the UN for the Sanctions Against Iran

Mahmoud Ahmadinejad
Yesterday, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, President of Iran, denounced the western members of the UN Security Council for promoting sanctions against his country’s nuclear plan.
During the accusations Ahmadinejad added that while they are being sanctioned they “ignore the atomic heads of an impostor regime,” referring to Israel.
The Iranian president strongly criticized several of the permanent members of the Council (United States, France, United Kingdom, Russia and China), although he did not directly quote any of them.
Ahmadinejad assured that the permanent members of the UN Security Council “abuse their freedom of speech to justify their silence to those that offend… the divine prophets,” making a reference to the video and cartoons about Mohammed, which have caused a new wave of violence in the Arab world. AV
