Navas said that it is the first time that alias “Guacho” sends a life test video directly to Ecuador through a communication channel established since the kidnapping of a journalistic team from El Comercio.
On other occasions he sent these audiovisual pieces to Colombian media. The video was shown in the press room of the ECU-911.
