Alleged affected by Terrabienes submitted a complaint to the Prosecutor´s office
A group of roughly 40 people, supposedly affected by the Terrabienes real estate company, protested on Thursday morning of February 19 at the Plaza de La Merced, in front of the Prosecutor´s office of Guayas.
With shouts and banners they demanded the repayment of the money paid by the first payments of their homes in residential complexesCeibos del Rio and Olivos del Rio; of the aforementioned real estate company, owned by the business group Ortega Trujillo.
Terrabienes is intervened by the Superintendency of Companies since last week for alleged lack of solvency.
Four representatives of the alleged injured parties held a closed meeting with the provincial prosecutor. According to the complainants, about 1,600 people would be injured by the non-delivery of houses by the Terrabienes company.
