Today the pre-presidential Ecuadorian candidate, Alvaro Noboa, addressed Ecuador to inform that the country continues to disobey the payments regarding the official price of the banana crate, which is of $5,50, several buyers pay $2,50. Noboa stated that such practice has cost the country over twenty millions dollars per week.
Afterwards Alvaro Noboa pointed out that stern measures must be taken in order to prevent the collapse of the Ecuadorian agricultural market. Noboa requested to the chief of State and the minister of Agriculture that handle the situation and supervise that all the exporters pay the official price.
Alvaro Noboa is not a man who wastes time, hence the pre-presidential candidate talked about his political campaign. First he thanked the Ecuadorian people for their positive response to the PRIAN affiliation campaign. “So far we got over 700,000 people affiliated and along with Alianza Pais, we are the political parties that have the most members in Ecuador…”
Noboa pointed out that the Electoral Court has already received 425,000 affiliations to his party, and after all the bureaucratic procedures the electoral entity they now have more than enough signatures to register their political party.
The pre-presidential candidate said that it is their purpose to keep affiliating people to surpass the number of affiliates that Alianza Pais has, in order to achieve the first place as the political party with largest number of affiliates. (AV)
