The defunct Institutional Renewal Party of National Action founded by businessman Alvaro Noboa became the first political force in the former National Congress. The Prian bases are born with a new organization that currently been submitted 301,600 signatures of support. They hope to collect 600,000.
The Prian lost support in the polls, which led to its extinction. What has changed that makes them think they will have more support in 2017?
Since 2006 there have been no free elections in Ecuador, because the National Electoral Council has been obedient and has been close to the government. Alvaro Noboa has talked with Patriotic Society, with the CFP, Fuerza Ecuador and a couple of years ago with Guillermo Lasso CREO. When the board moves you must resume these talks. We will see that once our party is approved.

In the Assembly of Montecristi we were against its creation. We are going to change it. So I say that the Assembly will be important in this elections (I).
