U.S. actress Angelina Jolie, who was diagnosed in 2007 with hepatitis C, may need a liver transplant.

In a recent publication, the National Enquirer refers to the  artist disease, stating that due to her actual condition, she  would need an urgent transplant.

The media supports the National Enquirer version adding several testimonies from Jolie’s closest friends. They said  that the actress is already experiencing symptoms of  this deadly disease, such as weight loss and the constant and strong break downs .

She and Brad Pitt, her husband, have not responded to the publication.
