Anggie Avegno, boating world champion

With 18 years old, Anggie Avegno Salazar, won a gold medal and three silver in the canoeing World Cup held in France.

Born in Guayaquil, got in the category C2 500 the gold and the silver in the 200 C2, C1 500 and C1 200.

“I am now committed to training, I get up for breakfast (yogurt with corn flakes and bananas or any fruit) at 6 in the morning and then I train at 8 in the Yacht Club and in the afternoon at the Club Diana Quintana. I make a practice that involves the physical and muscular”, says Anggie about her preparation for the next competition.
